Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

Our return and refund period is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund.

You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, notify us for a return or exchange.

Your package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, Fedex or USPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Send message requesting RMA for specific product, include order number and email used in original purchase.

* Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA #

* Ship your product to our Return Center (Address will be provided in our replied email)

Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.

A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. The item(s) have been worn or washed
  2. The item(s) have been altered
  3. The item(s) are in any way defective, ripped, cut or torn from the original and salable condition
  4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
  6. The item(s) were Free Promotional Items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.

To return your product, please email us first [support (at)], we will send you the mailing address you should return your product to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
